1. General Provisions
1.1. By placing an order in the online shop, the Customer accepts the terms and conditions for the sale of products (hereinafter — Terms and Conditions) set out below.
1.2. These Terms and Conditions, as well as the information about the products displayed on the website, constitute a public offer in accordance with Article 681 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Moldova and Law No. 284 on Electronic Commerce. Having read these sale conditions, the Buyer accepts them by ticking the „I agree with the Terms and Conditions" box on www.aimo.md.
1.3. The relationship between the customer and the seller is governed by Law No. 105 of 13.03.2003 on Consumer Protection and other normative acts adopted in accordance with it.
1.4. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, and the Customer is obliged to review the changes whenever placing a new order. The Customer accepts the Terms and Conditions by pressing the „Place Order" button at the final stage of order registration on the website.
2. Terms Used in This Document
2.1. User — any person who visits www.aimo.md.
2.2. Customer / Buyer — a natural person who places an order on www.aimo.md.
2.3. Seller — AIMO SPORT LINE SRL, fiscal code: 1015608001808.
2.4. Online shop — the website / e-commerce space owned by the Seller at www.aimo.md, presenting products, delivery / return conditions, and payment methods for customer orders.
2.5. Website — www.aimo.md.
2.6. Product — any good / item offered for sale on the website.
2.7. Order — a request to purchase goods, in accordance with the list of products offered on the website.
3. Registration on the Website
3.1. Registration is done by creating a New Account, entering the user's personal data — name, phone, e-mail.
3.2. The Customer gains access to a personal Account containing personal data and the History of their orders on www.aimo.md.
4. Placing an Order
4.1. Orders are placed on www.aimo.md, specifying: the name and surname of the Customer or the order recipient, the delivery address, contact phone, e-mail, and payment method.
4.2. If the Customer has questions about product characteristics before placing an order, they should contact Customer Support at: 076 00 82 00.
4.3. After placing an order, the Customer will be informed of its status by a message to the specified e-mail address or by phone.
4.4. If the ordered product is not in the Seller's warehouse, the Seller may cancel the order and inform the Customer by phone or by e-mail to the specified address.
4.5. If a prepaid order is cancelled, the cost of the cancelled product is refunded to the Customer via the same method used for payment.
4.6. Product prices are shown on the website in MDL. If the price of an ordered product is stated incorrectly, the Seller will contact the Customer as soon as possible to confirm the order at the corrected price or to cancel it. If the Customer cannot be reached, the order is considered cancelled.
4.7. The Seller may refuse to register an order if the Customer has already ordered the same product 3 or more times and previously refused it, for reasons unrelated to defects in those products.
5. Delivery
5.1. FREE DELIVERY in Chișinău and throughout the Republic of Moldova (except: the left bank of the Dniester and Bender municipality).
5.2. Orders are delivered by the courier company Nova Poshta, Monday to Saturday, in Chișinău and throughout the Republic of Moldova, to the address indicated by the Customer in the registration form.
5.3. Delivery time is 1–3 days after the order is confirmed.
5.4. Orders placed on weekends are processed on Monday.
5.5. Upon receipt, the Customer must check the exterior and packaging of the product, the number of products in the order, and its integrity, and signs the receipt-handover note.
6. Payment Methods
6.1. The payment methods for orders placed on www.aimo.md are:
a. online by card;
b. cash on delivery.
The Customer chooses the payment method from those available on the website when placing the order.
6.2. Products cannot be reserved to order, and the Seller cannot guarantee their availability in stock until the stock is replenished.
7. Return / Exchange Policy
7.1. Free return. The Customer may return the ordered product or exchange it for a similar product within 14 calendar days.
7.2. Complaints raised by the Buyer within 30 calendar days will be resolved only if the product had a (factory) defect, and not under conditions of normal wear.
7.3. Return is possible if the exterior appearance is preserved, with the label, together with a document (receipt, handover note) proving the fact and conditions of purchase.
7.4. To return a product, the Return Form on the website must be completed and sent to the Seller.
7.5. If irregularities are found in the delivered order and/or non-conformity with the ordered product, the Customer may refuse the order and request a replacement according to the ordered assortment within a reasonable time, or request a refund of the amount paid for the prepaid product.
7.6. The Seller refunds the Customer the amount paid for the returned product (excluding the delivery cost) no later than 15 working days from the date the Return Form was sent.
7.7. Product exchange can be performed only after the returned product has been received / checked by the Seller, after which another similar product chosen by the Customer is dispatched.
7.8. A product exchange for a similar one can also take place in one of our physical stores — C.C. Grand Hall, floor III, unit 319, or C.C. Zorile, floor II, with prior notice to the Seller to verify product availability.
8. Privacy Policy
8.1. When placing an order on www.aimo.md, the Customer provides the following information: name, surname, delivery address, e-mail address, phone number.
8.2. The Seller is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the Customer's personal information. The Customer must provide reliable information; otherwise, the Seller is not responsible for the consequences of providing erroneous information.
8.3. By providing personal information to the website, the Customer accepts its processing by the Seller and by the partners responsible for delivering the products, in order to receive the Company's highest-quality services and information about the website's products and offers.
9. Use of Cookies
9.1. The Seller may use the „cookies" method. We use cookies to collect certain information about the Customer and to track visits to our website. Websites often use this method to improve the identification of their users.
9.2. Cookies are a small amount of information sent by the Customer's browser and stored on the computer's hard drive. They are transmitted when the Customer visits our website via a computer. If the Customer does not remove cookies, each time the same computer is used to access our website the server will be notified of the visit, and we may collect statistical information about the Customer's activity on the website.
10. Security Measures
10.1. We use commercial security measures to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information on the website.
10.2. Transmission of data over the internet or a wireless network cannot be fully protected. Therefore, like other companies, we cannot guarantee the security of the information the Customer provides; the Customer does so at their own risk.
11. Complaints
11.1. In case of questions or complaints, the Customer should contact Customer Service and Support at 076 00 82 00 or send an e-mail to: office.aimo.md@gmail.com. The parties will try to resolve all disputes through negotiation; if agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to court in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Moldova.
11.2. The relationship between the Customer and the Seller is governed by the legislation in force of the Republic of Moldova.

12.1. The content of www.aimo.md is the property of AIMO SPORT LINE SRL and may not be used without its consent.
12.2. AIMO grants the User limited access to www.aimo.md for personal purposes (placing online orders or obtaining information) and does not grant the right to download the website's content without AIMO's consent.
