Trusted Couriers — NovaPost and FAN Courier
We deliver your orders through two of the most reliable couriers in the Republic of Moldova — NovaPost and FAN Courier. Working with both lets us choose the fastest, safest route to you, wherever you are, and offer flexible delivery options — to your address or to the couriers' pickup points.
Delivery Zones
We deliver in Chișinău and throughout the Republic of Moldova. The only current exceptions are localities on the left bank of the Dniester and Bender municipality.
Delivery Times
1–3 business days after your order is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day (Monday).
We send you a message with the order status and a tracking number as soon as your parcel ships.
Delivery Cost and Free Delivery
FREE delivery on all orders from 500 MDL. For orders below this threshold, the delivery cost is calculated automatically at checkout, based on the courier and destination — you see the exact amount before you pay, with no surprises.
Payment Methods
You can pay conveniently: online by card (Visa / Mastercard), securely, at the moment you order; or cash on delivery, directly to the courier upon receipt.
On Receiving Your Parcel
On delivery, please check the exterior and packaging of the parcel, the number of products, and their integrity, then sign the receipt-handover note. If anything is not right, tell us straight away — we will sort it out quickly.
